Jessie Miller - Veterinary Technician - I have worked in the Veterinary field as a veterinary assistant/technician for 17 years. My first 16 years where at Seidl Veterinary in Hastings. In 2018, I took on a wonderful opportunity with Athens Veterinary Services! Looking forward to the years to come and to watch the growth of this clinic. My passion is working in the veterinary industry with large and small animals.
When I’m not working. I’m spending time with my girls, riding my horses, running, biking, playing with my dogs or spending time with my family and my cats at home.
This gives me a opportunity for continuing education for myself and for my day practice.
Dr David Seidl - Veterinarian - He came to Athens Vet Services this past year. He is a 1973 MSU Graduate, worked in mixed animal for 20 yrs then small animal another 25yrs. In May of 2018 he retired from his practice, shortly after that the bordem set in and he started working with us 1 day per week. “A good Vet never stops working!” He has a wife, 3 kids, and a few pets.
Taylor WIlliams, Veterinary Assistant - With a lifelong passion for animals and their care AVS seemed like the perfect place to call home for me. With many years experience in different areas of large animal care and a lifelong pet owner I was very excited to be able to work in a mixed practice and get the best of both worlds. I showed large animals for 8+ years in 4-H and even served on the chapter and state levels for FFA. I am currently going to school to earn my Veterinary Technician Degree in hopes of providing the best care possible to the patients and their owners. I share an ever growing animal family of 6 cats, 2 dogs, 5 goats and 3 horses with my boyfriend who is as much an animal lover as I.
